Overall, I am feeling a bit better than yesterday. I am sure all of the glorious sunshine glaring off the snow has helped. The mail lady (the best in the country) delivered a package today and I went out basking in the sunshine and saying how bright and sunshiny it was. She looked at me like I was crazy and responded “and slippery”. I had forgotten the poor dear had to attempt to stop at peoples mailboxes on the icy roads without taking them out. (She really is the best—after living all over the country and having to deal with various postal workers, this woman deserves the postal person of the decade award!!)
With the girls gone and Hubby out of the house I got rather motivated to get back to the cleaning that I attempted on Saturday. I managed to get a good amount done today and that is a good feeling. My mind was clear and that totally helps with accomplishment!!
Hubby took my dad to get his blood checked today. His red blood count was 10.9!! That is GREAT!! It is still low but for him it is good. With those kinds of numbers he did not need the shot. For that we are thankful.
